Who provides Lexicosmo

Lexicosmo is provided by Marc Ramirez Sebastia, an individual trading as Perseida Labs (tax ID 78221901M, C/ Misteri 20 2B, 07300 Inca). By creating an account you accept these terms. The privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

The service

Lexicosmo turns your language textbook or goal into a course written with artificial intelligence, with vocabulary review and a social side: crew and a weekly league. It may change over time, and some features need a connection.

Your account

You must be at least 14 or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Use an email address that is yours, keep your password safe and don’t share your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Other people see your pilot name. Lexicosmo has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not:

• Use names that are offensive, sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory, or that impersonate someone else.
• Harass, threaten or pester other pilots, including with repeated cheers or requests.
• Use the service to spread illegal content.

You can report a name or a pilot from the app or by writing to support@lexicosmo.com. We aim to review every report within 24 hours. If the rules were broken, we can remove the name, take the pilot out of the league or close their account without notice.

Your content

What you upload stays yours. Only upload books and texts you have the right to use. You give us permission to process them, including with the providers in the privacy policy, only to provide the service to you.

Content created with artificial intelligence

Lessons, explanations and corrections are generated by artificial intelligence and can contain mistakes. They are there to help you learn and don’t replace a qualification or an official exam.

Proper use

Don’t try to access other people’s data, get around the service’s limits, copy the service by automated means or tamper with the league or scores. The Lexicosmo brand, app, design and characters belong to their owner; we give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store

These terms are between you and the owner of Lexicosmo, not Apple. Apple provides no support or warranty for the app and is not responsible for claims about it. Your licence is limited to Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store usage rules allow. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the service running at all times but can’t guarantee it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage. None of this limits your rights as a consumer.

Closing your account

You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close it if you break these terms.

Governing law and changes

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you can go to the courts where you live. If we change these terms significantly, we will tell you before they apply. For any question: support@lexicosmo.com.
